Deposit:A $150 deposit is required to reserve your party date and time and will be applied to your party total. There will be a convenient fee of $6.00 for all pay pal payments.
Mileage Travel Fee (Mobile Parties): A Travel fee will be added to your invoice for all mobile parties. You will be charged $1.00 per mile for all mobile parties.
Deposits are non-refundable.

NSF:There is a $35 fee for any check that is returned to us.
Final Payment for SALON PARTIES
Final Payment is due the day of your party. We must also have a copy of the signed Policies & Procedures Acknowledgement form. We will send you a copy of these forms upon request.

FAILURE/REFUSAL TO PAY: Please note the final balance (payment) for ALL services rendered for your party is due at the end. FAILURE/REFUSAL TO PAY ALL YOUR BALANCE DUE WILL RESULT IN YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO BE CHARGE THE BALANCE OWED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
RESPECT/DIGNITY CLAUSE: We work hard to accommodate and treat everyone that enters the PRISSY PALACE with the utmost respect, and we expect to be treated the same. Ms. Prissy Princess will not tolerate any disrespect to our party hostesses/managers/owner from any parents or children. If this behavior is portrayed you will politely be asked to leave. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
Gratuity/Service Charge: There will be an
18% service charge added to your final invoice when having an event. This is
not a tip for the party hostesses. The Gratuity charge is an industry standard
as the parties are labor intensive and require significant work before and
after the event.
Gratuity fees are based on the original party prices ONLY even during Groupon & Living Social Promotions!
You will be allowed at least 15 minutes
after scheduled reserved time for uncontrollable circumstances. Anytime over 15
minutes will result in a $20.00 late fee, if you are 30 minutes late there will
be a $30.00 late fee. Anytime time after
30 minutes you will have to reschedule and will be charged a $50.00 late fee to
your final invoice.
Additional Hostess: Parties with 12 or more children attending require an additional fee of $30.00 for any additional party hostess.
NOTE: FOR GROUPON & LIVING SOCIAL PROMOTIONS YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR AN ADDITIONAL HOSTESS IF YOUR PARTY GUESTS EXCEED THE ASSIGNED # OF HOSTESS FOR YOUR PARTY.

If a child does not show up, do I still pay for that child? Please remember, you will be charged for the final head count you gave prior to the party.
Cancellations and Refunds:
WALK- IN SPA SERVICES: A credit card number or gift certificate number is required to make reservations. if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the credit card on file will automatically be charged for 100% of the services booked.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES: Cancellations must be 24 hours in advance. If a party is
cancelled the day of your scheduled event, you will be charged $50.00 to reschedule. If you must cancel your
party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: We will be unable to
refund your deposit. If you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer an
alternative party date for your consideration. In the event of inclement
weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right
to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date. If a party is scheduled and not cancelled (NO SHOW), you will be CHARGED $50.00 for not showing up.
Maximum Attendance: Maximum attendance is Twenty Girls (20) per party.
Invitations: A DIGITAL INVITE for at home printing is included with any party package. If you'd like us to mail your invitations to your guests, an additional fee of $1.75 cents per invitation will apply. If you would like us to mail the invitation in a bulk to you a $5.00 charge will be added to you party invoice. NOTE: IF A PARTY IS RESCHEDULED AND INVITATIONS ARE ALREADY PRINTED YOU WILL BE CHARGED $2.50 PER INVITE TO BE REPRINTED WITH THE NEW PARTY DATE AND TIME.
Arriving & Departure Times: I suggest that the birthday girl and guests arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the party start time. Extended-hours parties can be accommodated if arrangements are made in advance. We appreciate your consideration and understanding.
MOBILE PARTY ARRIVING & DEPARTURE:
* Arrival Time: Will arrive approximately 60 minutes prior to each birthday party for setup.
* Pets: Please remove all pets from the party area prior to our arrival.
* Parking: Please leave some space for us to park near an entrance where we will not be blocked in.
* We would appreciate easy access; we may have heavy items to carry into your birthday party.
* Sink Area: We will need a sink area in order to continue to fill and refill the spa bowls.
Party Times: Parties are 1 to 3 hours depending on the package selection and age of the children.
Costumes:All costumes are made to wear over a child’s own clothing; however, leotards and/or spandex pants and t-shirts are my recommendation.
Parking: Reserved parking will be provided for the Birthday Girl
What happens if a guest arrives late? Because our parties are based on a schedule, they work best when all
guests arrive on time. Those guests coming late may join the party at whatever
point it has progressed to. FOR EXAMPLE: The group has already completed the
make-up session and has moved on to the dress up, the late guest must skip the
make-up and join in the dress up. The party hostesses will not be able to accommodate
any late guest if they missed any of the spa services. This is necessary in order to provide the
least amount of disruption to the party, and to not go over party time limit. Otherwise, additional time must be added to
your final invoice.Fee Schedule is as follows: (Additional 15 mins = $25.00) (Additional

Can parents/siblings of the guests stay for the party?: This is a high-energy party with make-up, dress-up, photo taking, crafts, and lots of movement. Our party packages are designed for the guest of honor and her guests only. Please include any siblings in the final guest count if you would like for them to participate. Also, please note that we have age recommendations for each party theme and younger children may not be allowed to participate in certain themes. Please contact Ms. Prissy Princess if you have questions regarding small children. You may not use our supplies, make-up, polish etc. for siblings or children that are not included in the party. If you do so, your credit card will be charged $20.00 for that child.
**Please keep in mind that due to space, parties are designed for the birthday girl and her friends only. We will allow no more than (5) adults in the party room during your event and they MUST remain in the designated area for the birthday girls parents. Those not included in the final guest count can pick up their child at the conclusion of your event. Any guest that comes back prior to the end of your party may be asked to wait outside as we do not have a waiting area. To keep your party running as smoothly as possible, NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to this policy.
Who takes care of a guest if they become ill, are a behavior problem, or do not want to participate? Guests who do not wish to participate will need to be attended to by you. We are not responsible for the behavior of the guests. Ms. Prissy Princess Parties are responsible for hosting your party and engaging the guests in a constant activity. Good behavior is always promoted, but it is your responsibility to monitor and take charge if a child is not behaving, becomes ill, or does not wish to participate.
Can siblings of the guests stay? All guests under three years of age must be supervised. We provide many accessories that contain small parts at our parties and they may not be appropriate for very small guests. Please remember that our party packages cover only the guest of honor and their guests. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate unexpected guests or siblings of guests, as we prepare our parties based on the final head count given to us prior to the party. Siblings (of any age), who are not guests of the birthday child, will not be permitted to use any equipment, they must remain in the designated area for the birthday girls parents.
Food and Beverages:
Sorry no outside food or beverages is allowed in the salon. Guest are allowed to bring a birthday cake. You may upgrade your food menu, please ask for details.

Where is the party held? Parties are typically held in our salon AND/OR any venue of your choice if you prefer a mobile spa party.
a. Remain near the party at all times, Ms. Prissy Princess will not be responsible for unattended children.
b. Provide a smoke-free environment.
REMEMBER: We ask that you remain on the premise during the party.
SAFETY & HYGIENE
OUR PARTIES ARE ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. We are not licensed cosmetologists. Ms. Prissy Princess is not responsible for allergenic reactions as a result of our products and services. All Guest are asked to provide any and ALL allergy information. PLEASE PLEASE inform your invited guests to come to the party with clean nails and feet and have ALL polish removed.
All robes, washcloths and linens are ALWAYS clean and freshly laundered in color safe bleach between parties. Thanks for your cooperation!!
**Ms. Prissy Princess assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party. Your party host will work to ensure that your guests are treated in the most respectable manner.
**Ms. Prissy Princess is not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing any costumes or consuming any food or beverages before, during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests' parent or guardian to inform the client of any dietary restrictions.
The Client will fully indemnify and hold harmless Ms. Prissy Princess, Inc. and employees from and against all liabilities, claims expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on indemnity basis), and arising out of or in connection with spa treatments or services.
****Ms. Prissy Princess often takes and uses: photographs and/or
digital images of parties for use in news releases, printed publications or
materials, electronic publications, or Web sites. Ms. Prissy Princess agrees
that children names and identity will not be revealed in descriptive text or
commentary in connection with the image(s). If you authorize the use of these
images, all negatives, prints, and digital reproductions shall be the property
of Ms. Prissy Princess without compensation to you (parent/guardian).
